Delivery & Returns Options
We are a small family business but we try to keep our delivery options simple and affordable, we have a flat shipping rate of just £4.99 per order on majority of items. So no matter how many items you order we will only charge you the one shipping cost of just £4.99.
Free Delivery is also offered on orders over £35, so why not buy a number of our products and bring your order total over £35 to benefit from our Free Delivery service.
All items are sent out in secure packaging and can be tracked to your door as we are a small family run business and in order to keep shipping costs to a minimum we may package your item in recycled boxes this will in no way affect your order it just helps us to keep our delivery costs to a minimum .
Returns
We understand that sometimes there may be a reason you need to return an item. That’s why you have 14 days from date of purchase to request a return. Any returned items must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging and received within 14 days of requesting the return. Please note buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
Unfortunately, some items are non-cancelable and non-refundable (unless faulty or defective):
- Anything that’s made to your specific requirements (i.e. is personalised or can’t be resold by the Seller as made to the customer’s specifications)
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Creative pieces that are specially commissioned when you place an order, like art, sculpture and ceramics
- Personal items sold with a hygiene seal (like earrings, cosmetics or underwear) where the seal is broken, and material face masks
