As these personalised Items are handmade to order note there is a current 5 -7 day processing time in order for your items to be made so please bear this in mind when ordering.
I will also contact you via email to discuss your requirements, when choosing a photo aim to choose a photo which is of a high resolution. Your photo should be visibly clear and bright. Therefore, there should be no dark shadows across key areas of the photo such as peoples faces. In addition, there should not be a blur across your photo. We edit each photo accordingly and will attempt to remove the background from most photo’s unless we feel it will enhance engraving quality if it remains. Furthermore, if you have any special requests regarding your photo please let me know when sending your photo.
